Merger by absorption of Grupo Acideka


Bilbao, 2 December 2024 – Grupo Acideka is pleased to announce that as of 1 January 2025, three companies forming part of the group will be absorbed by ACIDEKA SAU, the leading company in chemical manufacturing and distribution, which will continue to offer services and products with the same quality as always. The company is currently finalising the merger by absorption, in order to close all details before the end of 2024.

What does the merger by absorption mean?


Dekitra, Aquacenic and Único, three companies of Grupo Acideka, will be legally and fiscally absorbed by ACIDEKA, retaining all staff as well as the current facilities, plants and offices in Valencia, Lantarón and Segovia.


This merger aims to reinforce the leadership and expansion of ACIDEKA throughout Spain and Europe as a producer, distributor and operator of chemical products, ensuring sustainable growth in the medium and long term, which will benefit our staff, our clients and our suppliers.
